Dennise is a native of Athens, Georgia and earned her undergraduate degree from Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, Florida where she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority.  Upon graduating with a degree in sociology and political science, Dennise moved to Washington, D.C. and worked on capitol hill before joining the tax consulting industry. Dennise was working with commercial property owners in ad valorem assessment appeals when she was discovered by fashion designer Albert Nipon. After working as a fashion model in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., Dennise moved to Los Angeles to continue her career in the fashion industry.  In Los Angeles, Dennise was introduced to the world of interior design and architecture, joined an international architectural design firm and later become a Territory Manager for Scalamandre' fabrics and trimmings. An avid fox hunter and beginning polo player until she suffered an equestrian accident, Dennise decided to rein in her adventuresome spirit and return to Jacksonville to complete her law degree.  She is licensed  to practice law in Florida, Georgia, Arizona, and Connecticut and has written two children's books.  Dennise returned home and opened her practice in Oconee County to be near her octogenarian parents, Norm and Faye Grayson.

Maggie, the office mascot, is well known around town. She is a miniature Schnauzer who was surrendered to SchnauzerLoveRescue.NET and fostered in Orlando, Florida before being adopted by Dennise in 2011.  Maggie has full run of the office and announces all visitors, clients, and trespassing squirrels with the same enthusiasm. She enjoys a good game of afternoon fetch in the office after a long day of napping and singing in her favorite lobby chair. Some of her favorite past times include visiting the sorority house, going to outdoor restaurants, and shopping.
